These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of gizabet. By creating an account or placing any bet on gizabet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Players must be 18 years or older.
18+ Age Requirement
Access to gizabet is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. Age verification may be requested at any time. Underage accounts are closed immediately with deposits refunded.
MandatoryBDT Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on gizabet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and partner banks. Minimum deposit is ৳500. No hidden conversion fees are applied.
BDT OnlySecure and Fair Platform

VerifiedOne Account Per Player

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and gizabet (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern all aspects of your access to and use of the gizabet website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, promotions, payment services, and customer support channels.
gizabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of gizabet after a notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy and the Responsible Gaming policy available at /responsible-gaming, both of which form part of your overall agreement with gizabet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that:
- You are accessing gizabet voluntarily and entirely of your own accord.
- You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation whose purpose is to exploit betting markets or gaming systems.
- You understand that online gambling carries financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.
- You accept full personal responsibility for all bets placed and all casino gaming activity conducted through your gizabet account.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
To be eligible to register for and use a gizabet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a resident of or are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration.
- You are accessing gizabet as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or professional organisation.
- You have not previously been excluded from gizabet via a self-exclusion request, and you have not had a prior account suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of a gizabet employee in a role that provides access to non-public information about platform odds, game outcomes, or security systems.
- Registering for a gizabet account and using the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
gizabet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time, without prior notice. Acceptable identity documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate where the NID or passport is unavailable. If a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified in the request, gizabet may suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
Accounts found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by the underage account holder will be returned in full to the original payment method used for deposit. No bonus winnings, free bet proceeds, or casino game winnings generated during the period of underage use will be paid out under any circumstances.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor in your household has accessed gizabet or created an account, please contact the support team immediately at support@gizabet. We will act on all such reports promptly and with full confidentiality.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of betting markets, casino games, and financial services on gizabet, you must register a player account. Account registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one gizabet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. gizabet uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be reviewed, and any bonus credits will be forfeited.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gizabet login credentials, including your password and the OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account details with any other person for any reason. gizabet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you have lost access to the mobile number associated with your account, you must contact support@gizabet immediately. gizabet will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a verified security report, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred before the report was received and processed.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: gizabet operates a KYC verification programme. As part of this programme, you may be asked to submit copies of identity documents (NID or passport) and proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name) before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification is a one-time process under normal circumstances. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
- Accepted identity documents: Bangladesh National ID Card, valid passport.
- Accepted payment proof: bKash account confirmation, Nagad account confirmation, Rocket, Upay, or bank statement showing your name and account number.
- All KYC documents submitted to gizabet are handled strictly in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits: gizabet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by the platform, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your gizabet account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delays, credits may take up to 30 minutes; if a deposit is not credited within this window, contact support@gizabet with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within two hours of the request being approved. Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
gizabet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern relative to the account's historical activity. This is a standard financial security measure and is not an indication that a withdrawal will be denied.
Withdrawal conditions:
- KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
- Funds deposited via a specific payment method must be withdrawn to the same method unless that method is no longer available, in which case gizabet support will agree an alternative in writing.
- Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered before a withdrawal of the associated real-money balance is permitted.
- gizabet does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside gizabet's control and responsibility.
Declined or reversed deposits: If a deposit payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed by your payment provider after your account has been credited, gizabet will deduct the equivalent amount from your account balance. If the balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, the account will be suspended until the shortfall is resolved.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
gizabet offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible account holders. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of opt-in and within the Promotions section of the platform. The following general conditions apply to all gizabet bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
Wagering requirements: Bonus credits and any winnings generated from free bets or bonus spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to a specific bonus will be stated clearly in that bonus's individual terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in eligible bets before the bonus-derived balance is withdrawable.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages (e.g., slots at 100%, live casino at 10%) are specified in individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus's validity window. Expired bonus credits and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Subsequent bonuses must each be opted into individually.
- gizabet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after opt-in, any qualifying bets already placed will be honoured to the extent of the promotional terms at the time of opt-in.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, use of automated betting software, or intentional pattern exploitation — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
Seasonal promotions: gizabet runs seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant events in Bangladesh. These promotions are announced via the platform and are subject to their own specific terms. Players in all eight divisions of Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — are equally eligible to participate in all promotions unless stated otherwise.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on gizabet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Odds are displayed at the time the bet is placed and are the odds at which the bet will be settled, subject to the following exceptions: manifest errors in odds display (see below), live in-play odds updates prior to bet confirmation, and bet rejection due to market suspension.
gizabet reserves the right to void or adjust any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error — defined as an odds value that no reasonable person would have interpreted as a genuine market price (for example, a 10,000-to-1 favourite being displayed at 500-to-1 due to a data feed error). In such cases, the voided stake will be returned to the player's account balance in full.
Live In-Play Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to suspension during critical moments of a match (e.g., a wicket falling in cricket, a goal being scored in football, or a review being assessed). Bets submitted during a market suspension period may be rejected. gizabet does not guarantee the continuous availability of live in-play markets for any specific fixture.
Casino Games: All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on gizabet — including video slots, RNG Roulette, RNG Baccarat, and instant games — use certified RNG technology. This guarantees that all outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual slot titles are available within each game's information panel.
Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed from professional studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer (e.g., card draws, wheel spins) in real time. The rules applicable to each live table are displayed within the game interface. gizabet is not responsible for service interruptions caused by a player's internet connection quality during a live casino session.
- Minimum bet amounts per market or game are displayed at the point of betting or game launch.
- Maximum payout limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface.
- All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the player except where the specific market explicitly offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature.
- In the event of a game or stream disconnection mid-round in a live casino game, the round outcome will be determined by the platform's server-side record. The player's client display is not the authoritative source of round outcome.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gizabet. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or closed, any withdrawals pending at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation, and any bonus balances will be forfeited in full.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting forged KYC documents, or impersonating another person during account registration or verification.
- Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one gizabet account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
- Collusion: Coordinating bets or casino play with other players to exploit promotional terms, distort game outcomes, or create artificial betting patterns.
- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit market inefficiencies at a speed or scale not achievable by a human player.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended by gizabet, including but not limited to matched betting across platforms, staking only on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus claims with other players.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after deposits have been used for betting or gaming activity.
- Money Laundering: Using gizabet as a vehicle to process, clean, or obscure funds derived from illegal activity. gizabet complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions.
- Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the gizabet platform, its servers, its payment systems, or its game integrity mechanisms.
- Harassment: Using any gizabet communication channel to harass, threaten, or abuse platform staff or other players.
gizabet's investigation team reviews all flagged accounts thoroughly before taking enforcement action. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error are entitled to appeal by contacting support@gizabet with a detailed explanation. Appeals are reviewed within five Bangladesh Standard Time business days.
8. Account Closure and Suspension
Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your gizabet account at any time by contacting support@gizabet. Account closure requests are processed within two Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus credits) will be returned to your last verified payment method, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding review is in progress.
Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling activity is causing you harm, you may request a self-exclusion from gizabet at any time. A self-exclusion request closes your account and blocks re-registration for a minimum period of 30 days. Permanent self-exclusion is also available on request. Platform-Initiated Suspension: gizabet may suspend or close any account at its discretion if it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, has provided false information, is engaged in suspicious financial activity, or represents a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where a platform-initiated suspension is applied, the account holder will be notified via their registered email address with an explanation of the reason, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to applying a dormancy classification, gizabet will notify the account holder via email with at least 30 days' notice. A dormant account may be subject to a monthly administrative maintenance fee. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved for a period of three years from the date of last activity, after which it may be forfeited. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a brief identity reconfirmation.
